 Cardi B's Raw Sardines: My Shocked Reaction (and a Little Food Confession)

Alright, you guys are NOT going to believe what I stumbled upon while casually scrolling through Instagram. Picture this: Cardi B. Eating what appears to be… raw sardines. Yes, you read that right. Raw.

As someone who actually enjoys a good can of sardines (much to the dismay of some people I know!), my jaw pretty much hit the floor. I mean, I love sardines, grew up eating a ton of soft fish, and can easily down four cans for breakfast. But raw? This was a whole new level of fish appreciation, even for me.

Of course, as a chef (you might know I have a cooking channel, though I won't plug it too hard right now 😉), I had to dive deeper. Was she really eating them raw? What was her preparation method? Turns out, it was pretty simple: a little salt, a squeeze of lemon, and that's it! Cardi B, honey, your "white side is coming out" with that minimalist seasoning! (Just kidding… mostly.)

Honestly, seeing a full, uncanned sardine was a revelation in itself. I'd never actually seen one like that before! And then, watching her just… eat it. Raw. Skin and all (with a little spine action in there, apparently!). I was speechless. My initial thought was, "Is she for real?!" Turns out, she absolutely was.
